Brick and Blaze was wonderful for our large rehearsal dinner, they kept us all fed with delicious pizza and wings. They did an amazing job accommodating us through inclement weather. Thank you so much for making our weekend special!

What a phenomenal experience all around. Matt & his team are top notch, they’re incredibly efficient & professional. The mobile brick oven delivers both a unique & delicious setup. I’ve coordinated many weddings & hands down this was the best food I’ve had. 5 stars does not serve this business justice!

$22 for this small pizza. 6 slices, each like 3-4 bites. There was supposed to have chicken and caramelized onions on it and it barely had any chicken and no onion. Although, it was covered in tomatoes. The pizza did have a nice fire taste but definitely not worth the money.

Do you like cheese? Personally, I’d get in the creepy van with blacked out windows if the weird guy driving it offered me cheese. I know my stuff, so let me tell you that The Brick and Blaze Pizza Company in the Alley on High Street makes a killer grilled cheese! I got the Cuban with fresh pulled pork, mustard, pickles, and yes, you guessed it…cheese!! Oh, and the crust they got on the tasty bread, OMG. This may have been the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had! So far, this is a seasonal winter offering, so get your butts into the Alley and order yourself some food. They also have a brick oven for a large array of pizzas and other great munchies. I wouldn’t steer you wrong! Go check out the amazing staff and fill your belly!

We had an incredible experience with Matt from Brock and Blaze Pizza! The variety of pizzas was amazing, including delicious Indian-inspired flavors that everyone loved. They arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently to serve all of our guests, and provided everything needed for a complete meal. The setup and cleanup were seamless—they left without a trace. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the pizzas were. Highly recommend for any event!
